About Coach Kaylee

Helping Women Over 40 Build Strength, Confidence, and Lasting Health

Helping women build strong bodies, clear understanding, and lasting confidence through strength training and sustainable nutrition.

20+ years in the fitness industry
Advanced certifications in nutrition and strength coaching
15 years consistently working with my own coach
Coaching women who want clarity, not quick fixes

Most women over 40 don’t need another diet.

They don’t need another extreme program, another set of rules, or another promise that results will come in six weeks.

What they need is clarity. They need strength. And they need a coach who understands how bodies, priorities, and life evolve over time.

That’s the work we do here.

Helping women cut through the noise, build strong capable bodies, and develop the confidence that comes from truly understanding how their body works.

Twenty Years in the Industry Changes How You See Things

I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. Long enough to see trends come and go. Long enough to watch entire waves of diet culture rise, crash, and get repackaged as something new. And long enough to know that most women aren’t struggling because they lack discipline.

They’re struggling because the advice they’ve been given was never built for real life. Or for bodies that change with time, stress, careers, families, and everything else life brings.

My job is to simplify all of that. To help women focus on what actually matters.

Strength. Consistency. Understanding their body.

I Didn’t Start At The Top

Like most long careers, mine started at the bottom.

I’ve done just about every job you can imagine in the fitness industry.

Floor cleaner
Trainer
Group fitness instructor
Fitness manager
Continuing education instructor
Regional director
General manager
Instructor in a college diploma program
Business coach for online coaches
CEO and business owner

Every one of those roles taught me something about how this industry works.

But more importantly, they taught me how people actually struggle when fitness advice doesn’t match real life.

And that’s where good coaching comes in. Not louder advice. Better guidance.

Education and Certifications

Over the years I’ve pursued advanced training across multiple areas of coaching and performance, including:

  • Advanced nutrition coaching
  • Strength and resistance training
  • Pre- and post-natal training
  • Post-rehabilitation exercise
  • Leadership and coaching development

Education matters. But the real value comes from combining education with decades of experience working with real people.

Bodies change. Life gets busy. Motivation fluctuates.

Good coaching accounts for all of that.

I Believe in Coaching Enough to Have One Myself

For the past 15 years, I’ve consistently worked with my own coach. Not because I don’t know what to do. But because coaching works.

Having someone in your corner who can challenge your thinking, keep you accountable, and offer perspective makes a difference at every level.

It also keeps me learning. The best coaches never stop being students.

The Work That Matters Most

The best job I’ve ever had is the one I have now.

Helping women realize their potential.

Helping them cut through the noise and the BS that dominates so much of the fitness industry. Helping them build strong bodies and the kind of confidence that doesn’t disappear the moment a program ends.

Because strength changes more than your body. It changes how you move through the world.

Coaching Alongside Kennedy

I lead the coaching environment, proudly working alongside Kennedy, who brings her own education, experience, and perspective to the team.

Together we bring over 30 years of combined coaching experience, 20+ from Kaylee, over 10 from Kennedy, along with two university degrees and multiple certifications in strength training, nutrition, and performance coaching.

Kennedy works with clients inside the coaching environment to reinforce the same philosophy that defines everything we do here:

  • Strength over extremes
  • Education over hype
  • Sustainable habits over quick fixes

Her role helps ensure clients receive thoughtful guidance, consistent support, and a coaching experience that reflects the same standards and values Kaylee has built her career on.

Who This Coaching Is For

The women we work with are intelligent, capable, and successful in many areas of life.

But when it comes to their bodies, they’ve often spent years feeling stuck between conflicting advice, restrictive diets, and programs that never quite worked long term.

They’re not looking for another trend. They’re looking for something sustainable.

That’s where this coaching comes in.

Why Clients Choose This Coaching

Most clients come here after trying a lot of other things.

They’ve followed programs. They’ve counted calories. They’ve tried workouts that worked for a while but never lasted.

What they’re usually looking for now is something different.

Clear guidance rooted in experience. Over 30 years in the fitness industry means less guesswork and more practical coaching.

Evidence based nutrition and strength training. No detoxes, extremes, or trends. Just strategies that work long term.

Real coaching and accountability. Not a template or generic program. Thoughtful support and adjustments along the way.

A focus on independence. The goal is not to keep you dependent on coaching forever. It’s to help you understand your body and lead yourself.

Strength that supports the rest of your life. Training that builds capability, confidence, and energy for the years ahead.

What Clients Often Say

“I’ve worked with coaches before, but this is the first time someone actually taught me how my body and mind work together. I’m stronger at 49 than I was at 39.”

The Real Goal

The goal of coaching here isn’t dependency. It’s independence.

To help women become strong enough, educated enough, and confident enough to lead themselves.

Because the most powerful outcome of good coaching isn’t a short-term result.

It’s self-trust.
