Online fitness coaching FAQs

Do you offer online coaching if I don’t live in Calgary?

Yes. Many of my clients are fully online.

You don’t need to be in Calgary to work with me or see results. Everything is delivered through my coaching app, including your workouts, progress tracking, nutrition coaching, and check-ins.

You’ll have structure, support, and accountability built around your life, no matter where you live.

That’s completely fine.

Many of my clients train at home and some never step into a gym. Your program is built around what you’re comfortable with and what you have access to.

You don’t need a gym membership to get stronger and see real results. We give you affordable and realistic suggestions to have in your home to make sure you see the progress you’re wanting.

Everything is delivered through my coaching app.

You’ll have a structured plan, progress tracking, and direct access to me for support and adjustments. We also do regular check-ins to keep you moving forward.

This is not a generic program. It’s personalized and specific to you. It’s ongoing coaching and accountability.

Nutrition is built to be simple, realistic, and sustainable.

We focus on structure, not restriction. You’ll learn how to build your meals, understand what your body needs, and make adjustments that fit your life.

If you want a clear starting point, Your Current Nutrition Snapshot gives you a breakdown of what’s working and what to focus on next.

Yes.

Your program is built around you. Exercises are adjusted and modified based on your history, comfort level, and goals.

We have years of experience working with injuries, limitations, or concerns around certain movements, along with ongoing education and certifications in training safely and effectively.

Many of our clients come to us with similar challenges, and their results and referrals speak to what’s possible with the right approach.

The focus is always on building strength safely and helping you feel confident in your body again.

That depends on the goal, but this is not about quick fixes.

We start with a 6 month commitment. That gives you the time to build real consistency and see meaningful progress. From there, many clients choose to stay longer, some have been with us for over 10 years.

Most women come in focused on fat loss, but what they’re really looking for is to feel stronger, more confident, and more in control.

That takes time, structure, and consistency.

Your goals will evolve as you go, and the focus is on building results you can actually maintain for life.

We figure it out together.

This is not a one-size-fits-all plan. It’s coaching. We adjust, refine, and keep moving forward based on what’s actually happening for you.

I’m confident that with time, consistency, and the right support, we will find what works for your body and your life.

The key is being coachable. That doesn’t mean being perfect. It means being open, honest, and willing to make small adjustments as we go.

You’re not starting over every time something doesn’t work. You’re building, learning, and improving with support.

The Snapshots are your starting point. They are not ongoing coaching, but are designed so that you can experience what my approach looks like.

Your Current Nutrition Snapshot and Your Current Strength Snapshot give you clarity on where you’re at and what to focus on next.

Our “Strength Standards” and “Fuel and Recover” programs are for people who are already committed and consistent, and just want a done-for-you structure they can follow. They are both 8 weeks in length. Strength Standards includes a full workout program delivered through our app, where Fuel and Recover includes a custom macro plan and recovery protocols including breathwork.

Coaching is where we build from there with ongoing support, structure, and accountability.

Yes.

Women over 40 need a different approach to training, nutrition, and recovery. What worked before often doesn’t work the same way now.

My coaching focuses on strength, consistency, and building something that lasts.

It’s more than that.

Most people think online training means hopping on Zoom for a workout. That’s not how this works.

This is coaching.

You have a structured plan inside the app, along with ongoing support, feedback, and adjustments based on how things are actually going for you.

You don’t have to wait for a scheduled session to ask questions or get help. You have access, accountability, and guidance as you move through your week.

Think of it as having a coach in your back pocket.

You get training, nutrition guidance, and support, all built around your life, not a once-a-week session.
